What do you buy when you buy an AI system?

The hype around ML has been big for some time now and even became more prominent when ChatGPT was released. Many companies and public organisations are starting to experiment with AI systems, as everyone feels they should not miss out. However, what if you do not have the capacity to develop an AI system in-house? What do you actually get when you buy an AI system from some companies? What guarantees do you have it works properly?

In this presentation, Frank will discuss the issues that come up when you purchase an AI system and what one should pay attention to.
