D1.0 – Informal project kick-off meeting
This report describes shortly the aim of the INCREDIT informal project kick-off meeting that was an online info-session organised by Aalto University shortly after the positive funding decision were communicated by EIT HEI initiative (5th of JUN 2023). Motivation behind the online informal project kick-off meeting: Based on the nature of the EIT HEI Initiative partners has a really short period of time to deliver a considerably high number of KPIs while they are still in the phase of learning to work together. On top of this already challenging start, most of the Consortium partners has no prior experience with working with any of the EIT KICs (as is expected based on the eligible criteria of the call) hence many of the rules, terminology and processes are new and unknown for the partners
